A time in my life when I was exposed to entrepreneurship was
an idea I had when I was very young. The idea was simple- a pillow that stays
cold the whole night. My motivation behind it, after consulting with all my
friends in middle school, was that everyone gets annoyed flipping the pillow to
the colder side in the middle of the night. I planned on capitalizing on this
idea and getting rich quick! Unfortunately for me, when I got home that
afternoon from school I realized after a quick Google Search that the pillow
was already invented.
I enrolled in ENT 3003 because of my fondness towards
entrepreneurship. While I only had the opportunity to share one of my previous
experiences with entrepreneurship, I have had other ideas pop into my head as
well. I obviously can’t share these ideas without a patent having been placed,
but maybe one day I will like an idea so much I decide to run with it.

Hey Ryan! As a kid, i would always have these crazy inventions run through my mind as well. I would share them with my older sisters and they would immediately tell me that it already exists, such a bummer. The cold pillow is definitely a great idea because i always tend to get so hot in my sleep and I am guilty of constantly flipping my pillow to the cooler side. I enjoyed reading your post!
